Strategic Plan Overview

The National Fund for Workforce Solutions partnered with Black Markers to transform their Strategic Plan Overview into a concise, visually engaging, sharable digital document. By emphasizing clarity and accessibility, we used clean typography, engaging visuals, and strategic design to simplify complex information. The final document effectively communicates their priorities and reinforces their commitment to meaningful change.

CareerSTAT Frontline Healthcare Worker Champions

The National Fund’s CareerSTAT program recognizes healthcare organizations that invest in frontline workers to create good jobs and equitable workplaces. Black Markers designed the layout for a series of profiles highlighting eight organizations awarded Champion or Emerging Champion status. Through thoughtful layouts, compelling graphics, and an organized structure, we showcased each organization’s workforce development strategies in a polished and professional format.

Redesigned Jobs, Resilient Workers

The National Fund’s Redesigned Jobs, Resilient Workers initiative helps employers and communities reimagine job design to create more inclusive and sustainable workplaces. Black Markers designed the layout for a series of profiles highlighting five organizations that participated in the program. Each profile highlights the transformative impact of redesigning jobs to improve outcomes for both employees and businesses.
